John Joint

John is an experienced talent management professional working at the Board level across a range of industries and organisations. His strengths are in identifying, developing, and nurturing talent along with embedding a high-performance culture.
He has over 30 years experience working internationally developing people and businesses and thrives on working with multicultural teams in changing situations. He is a Chartered Engineer and served the Royal Air Force for over 23 years in executive roles across international projects. He then joined PricewaterhouseCoopers to build their consulting services across Europe and to lead their European partner development programme. He has worked with senior management at AXA, BT, GSM Association, Hawker Pacific Aerospace, Johnson & Johnson, NATO, Unisys and Vodafone, and others.
Born in Brussels of British diplomat parents, John has lived and worked in Latin America, Italy, Germany, Saudi Arabia, and New Zealand besides England and Scotland. He speaks Spanish, French, English, and some German. He holds a BSc in engineering and is an NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer, and practitioner in Clean Language and symbolic modeling.
Bill Skyes

Bill has been involved in the development and coaching of individuals and teams through his consulting and line management experience throughout his working life.
He has worked, both in the US and the UK, as a coach and consultant to owners, Directors, senior executives, partners in professional practices, and line managers. His clients include top four accounting firms, city-based law practices, financial service firms, and several national and international companies.
Bill has held senior management positions in marketing, human resources, and management development. He has also experienced, as an owner, starting and growing a business from scratch, with all the resulting pressures of developing an entrepreneurial team, raising capital, resolving individual conflicts, and building the business.
Bill is a qualified psychometric profiler and behaviouralist. He is an author and speaker and, has been for several years, a faculty member, coach, and Fellow of the Institute of Directors.
Bill has significant experience in coaching and mentoring candidates for promotion to senior executive and partnership positions. He also has been involved in selection panels for political candidates and international executives.
