Mariyana Bushara

Mariyana is a mental health consultant, learning facilitator, and inspirational speaker. She applies psychology principles to help individuals identify and reframe their feelings and behaviours to enable them to thrive rather than survive. Her background is predominantly in psychology, carrying out both individual and masterclasses. She uses powerful tools and techniques to draw on strengths and help individuals overcome their limiting beliefs and achieve their objectives. She uses different models and techniques to help her clients overcome low confidence, stress, and anxiety.

Mariyana has worked within HR and Organisational Development and is very familiar with the employee life cycle, including several change projects. She is very passionate about spreading the word about mental well-being and is keen to share her knowledge and experience that can make a real difference. Mariyana holds an MSc in Rehabilitation Psychology, a postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources, and is a qualified coach.

John Joint

John is an experienced talent management professional working at the Board level across a range of industries and organisations. His strengths are in identifying, developing, and nurturing talent along with embedding a high-performance culture.

He has over 30 years of experience working internationally developing people and businesses and thrives on working with multicultural teams in changing situations. He is a Chartered Engineer and served the Royal Air Force for over 23 years in executive roles across international projects. He then joined PricewaterhouseCoopers to build their consulting services across Europe and to lead their European partner development programme. He has worked with senior management at AXA, BT, GSM Association, Hawker Pacific Aerospace, Johnson & Johnson, NATO, Unisys and Vodafone, and others.

Born in Brussels to British diplomat parents, John has lived and worked in Latin America, Italy, Germany, Saudi Arabia, and New Zealand besides England and Scotland. He speaks Spanish, French, English, and some German. He holds a BSc in engineering and is an NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer, and practitioner in Clean Language and symbolic modeling.

Lena Thompson

Lena is a highly skilled professional coach and motivational keynote speaker. She presents with ease and has an incredible way of connecting with an audience. She provides so much value to organisations looking for changes in workplace culture and communication.

Lena grew up in South Africa, and for the past 15 years has worked within the corporate arena as a consultant, supporting in-company programmes for clients such as Microsoft, the Ministry of Defence and Anglo Irish Bank.

Recently, she has placed more emphasis on personal development, winning awards, speaking on podcasts and co-authoring a book with fellow female entrepreneurs.

Bill Sykes

Bill has been involved in the development and coaching of individuals and teams through his consulting and line management experience throughout his working life.

He has worked, both in the US and the UK, as a coach and consultant to owners, Directors, senior executives, partners in professional practices, and line managers. His clients include top four accounting firms, city-based law practices, financial service firms, and several national and international companies.

Bill has held senior management positions in marketing, human resources, and management development. He has also experienced, as an owner, starting and growing a business from scratch, with all the resulting pressures of developing an entrepreneurial team, raising capital, resolving individual conflicts, and building the business.

Bill is a qualified psychometric profiler and behaviouralist. He is an author and speaker and, has been for several years, a faculty member, coach, and Fellow of the Institute of Directors.

Bill has significant experience in coaching and mentoring candidates for promotion to senior executive and partnership positions. He also has been involved in selection panels for political candidates and international executives.

Beth Taubner

Beth Taubner has been a Transformational Brand Strategist, Creative Director, and Coach for over 25 years. She has developed a proprietary approach to branding using a combination of emotional, psychological, visual, and analytic processes.

She frequently guides entrepreneurial companies and organizations of all sizes and across sectors on transformational brand meaning, strategy, reputation, and audience relationship, psychology, communications, content creation, marketing, and international marketplace expansion and visibility in the US, UK, and Europe.

An expert in the “how we live sector,” her clients have ranged from well-known American brands such as Stop & Shop supermarkets and Miramax Films to ROAR AFRICA, the top luxury safari company in Africa; the Riverkeeper Alliance; retailers such as Sears Product Repair and online high-end fashion powerhouse Moda Operandi and Condé Nast Publications.

Beth works closely on brand identification, language communications, creative direction, business expansion, and marketing with some of the top photographers and talent management agencies in the world. She has guided her clients through the book packaging and publication process and has produced and consulted on short narrative award-winning festival films, broadcast documentaries, and feature films.

She is a sought-after presenter and podcast guest who speaks regularly at shows and conferences throughout the US, UK, and Europe, offering deep insight and practical tools on dynamic brand evolution and marketing. Beth offers one-on-one consulting and coaching on strategic brand and creative development, communications, content creation, marketing, and implementation worldwide.
